GARAGE SALE ~ MAY 16 and 17, 2008

The Metzler Ranch Homeowners Association has scheduled a community wide GARAGE SALE for all homeowners.

Everyone is invited to participate in this activity. If you have questions in regard to the garage sale or would like to offer your services , please call Lynn Garrison at 303-663-8286.

NOTICE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS  

The governing documents for the Metzler Ranch Filing # 1 community prohibit the operation of any motorized vehicles in any of the common areas within the community. This prohibition includes, motor bikes, motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATV's and any other type of motorized vehicle.  

Please be advised that any homeowner, child of a homeowner or guest of a homeowner will be subject to these requirements and the Board of Directors of Metzler Ranch Homeowners Association in concert with the Town of Castle Rock Police Department will enforce this matter very aggressively.

Trash Pick-Up
Trash pick-up is a service that is included in your quarterly assessments. As a homeowner, you do not need to contract for an outside service and pay extra money. Our community trash pick-up day is Friday. Therefore; trash receptacles should not be put out until Thursday evening or Friday morning (preferred). In the event a major Holiday occurs during the week, trash pick-up will be on Saturday. Also keep in mind that if a heavy snow has occurred, our trash pick-up may be delayed.
