Colorado Senate Bill 100, Homeowner Property Rights, became law on June 6, 2005 to provide increased protection for homeowners. CRS 38-33.3-209.5 states that to provide responsible governance, associations shall maintain accounting records using generally accepted accounting principals; and adopt policies, procedures, and rules and regulations concerning seven specific topics. |
