Trash Pick-Up
Trash pick-up is a service that is included in your quarterly assessments. As a homeowner, you do not need to contract for an outside service and pay extra money. Our community trash pick-up day is Friday. Therefore; trash receptacles should not be put out until Thursday evening or Friday morning (preferred). In the event a major Holiday occurs during the week, trash pick-up will be on Saturday. Also keep in mind that if a heavy snow has occurred, our trash pick-up may be delayed. Trash cans are not to be left outside after trash pickup. They need to be behind an enclosure (fence) or kept inside the garage.
